I have installed serviio on my pc and I can watch live channels (rss livestream). Can I use skifta to watch same channels on my phone (HTC Desire) and how to do that??

Install and configure the podcasts and more channel - that should cover it I hope.
You can do that via http://www.skifta.com > Channels (probably quickest) or via your device under Skifta's channels tab
